Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the event of a damaged or defective item.
If your item arrives damaged from shipping, or has a manufacturer's defect, StepStoolUniverse.com will ship a new item free of charge (upon receipt of damaged item) and will pay for return shipping of the damaged/defective item (if necessary).
